These terms of use apply to your use of www.attsure.com.au (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site is operated by Attsure MGA Pty Ltd (ABN 58 690 355 321) (“Attsure MGA”), an authorised representative of Attsure Licensee Pty Ltd (ABN 50 690 400 634), AFSL 700242. References to “Attsure”, “we”, “us” or “our” in these terms mean Attsure MGA and, where the context requires, Attsure Licensee.

The Site provides general information about Attsure and about wholesale general insurance products that Attsure arranges and issues under binding authorities for the insurers it represents. Nothing on the Site is an offer to issue insurance, a recommendation, or personal advice. Product availability and terms are subject to underwriting and to the applicable policy wording and schedule. The insurer for each policy is named in the policy schedule and wording.

You must use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict anyone else’s use of the Site. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, related systems or data, or introduce malware.

All intellectual property in the Site (including text, graphics, logos and software) is owned by or licensed to Attsure or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own internal business use. You must not copy, modify, distribute or exploit Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Information on the Site is provided in good faith and is believed to be current at the time of publication, but may contain errors or omissions and may change without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties in relation to the Site and its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited, at our option, to resupplying the relevant services or paying the cost of having them resupplied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Site.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
